What we collect
If you ask for a PDF by email, the form collects your name, work email, company name and number of employees. If you tick the box, it also records that you agreed to receive HR tips and offers by email, the exact wording you agreed to and the time. The form also sends the PDF you asked for, the page you were on and the time of your request.
Why we collect it
To email you the PDF you asked for and, only if you tick the box, to send you occasional HR tips and offers from job-description.ca and hrteam.ca. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Job description builder
What you type into the job description builder stays in your browser. It is not sent to us unless you request a PDF by email, in which case the PDF contains what you entered.
